US Patent 7317047 - Nanoparticle doped conductive polymer for OLEDs

This patent from du Pont teaches the use of nanoparticles to reduce the conductivity of buffer layers used in electroluminescent devices to help prevent electrical crosstalk. Claim 1 reads:

1. A composition comprising an aqueous dispersion of an electrically conductive organic polymer doped with a polymeric acid and a plurality of nanoparticles wherein said electrically conductive organic polymer is selected from combinations of any two or more of polyanilines, polythiophenes and polypyrroles.
